Job Summary: Exp. required: 12+ years Job Description: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Significant experience with transformation of organizations undergoing mergers and modernization
- Significant experience running transformation programs
- Significant process modeling and process re-engineering
- Significant experience with messaging service like Azure Service Bus, Event Hub, Send Grid (or equivalents)
Experience Enterprise Architecture with a focus on – - Experienced with designing and implementing information architecture
- Experienced with designing and implementing integration and application architecture
- Experiences with DevSecOps and Agile
- Expert-level skills in defining, designing and developing distributed and scalable products and services
- Working knowledge of databases, infrastructure and security architecture and non-functional aspects like Performance, Scalability, Reliability, Availability
- Understanding and knowledge of TOGAF
- Understanding and knowledge of Lean
- Good working knowledge and understanding of latest cloud computing and data technologies, emerging computing trends, and deployment options
Preferred skills, not required: - Togaf Certified
- Six Sigma Certified
- Lean Certified
- Agile/ Scrum Certified
