Role: Azure Devops Engineer
Location: Remote
Duration: 6+months


Job Description:
Technical/Functional Skills
• Azure Data Explorer (Experienced or Expert)
• Data Ingestion (Experienced or Expert)
• Power BI (Product > Office > Microsoft 365) (Experienced)
• Azure Event Hub (Experienced)
• Azure DevOps (Experienced)

Desirable Technical Skills & Functional Skills:
• Development for Azure Data Explorer
• Develop ARM templates for Azure Data Explorer
• Develop for Ingestion in Azure Data Explorer (in particular Azure Event Hub, landing tables and complex JSON ingestion)
• Develop for Queries for Azure Data Explorer (Kusto)
• Develop for Consumption Azure Data Explorer from Power BI
• Develop to create Alerts on top of Azure Data Explorer
• Onshore/Offshore Dev Teams Coordination.
• Responsible for writing code for assigned modules and features.
• Test types listed in Testing and defect remediation section.
• Follow defined development standards and guidelines.
• Responsible for quality of code written.
• Participate in peer code review.
• Help the development lead perform various development activities.
• Develop automated deployment tools or installers.
