Job Description:

• Manage high-visibility integration projects & strategic programs within the company's Technology division

• Facilitate meetings with internal stakeholders and Vendor representatives to drive new projects into the Program pipelines

• Ensure the Vendor Management/Sourcing, Legal and Finance teams processes are followed for each engagement/project within a Program

• Attend weekly status meetings to oversee the health of the individual projects within a Program

• Proactively perform risk management and identify issues across functions and inter-dependent efforts

• Provide weekly status updates and program reporting to leadership, stakeholders and the CTO

• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate resources

• Identify and resolve issues/conflicts within the project team which can include various 3 rd Party Vendors

• Deliver a high level of service and satisfaction

• Coordinate project submissions/approvals adhering to the company's processes

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Program Management, Media, IT or equivalent

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field

• Experienced managing distributed teams & pan-global cross-functional relationships

• Working knowledge of Slack

• Experience with Microsoft O365 suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Great interpersonal skills

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

• Strong attention to detail

• Highly organized
