Title:.Net Azure Technical Lead
Duration:6-9 months
Location:Omaha,NE
Required Skills:
Lead consultant (Technical Lead)
Ability to interact with business users, business analysts, to understand business requirements, challenges, and problem to be solved.
Ability to work with various enterprise technical architects, to understand technical objectives and requirements, understand architecture goals, and technical design.
Ability to have an interactive technical design with support from an architect on complex solutions or large-scale solutions.
Ability to create low level technical design from high level solution provided, using UML, Sequence diagrams.
Good understanding of Microsoft .NET frameworks, .NET Core, C# .NET, ASP .NET, Entity Framework, ASP.NET MVC.
Must-have Good experience with Azure technologies such as – App services, Function apps, on-premise connectivity, Application Insights, Azure Monitor, SQL and Oracle databases.
Knowledge & understanding of – Azure Service Bus, API Management, Logic Apps, Power Apps and other PaaS services from Azure.
Good understanding of security best practices – Encryption, firewall protection, security certificates, Key vault.
Good understanding of storage systems – SQL Server, Oracle databases, other No SQL databases, Blob Storage, File storage, Table Storage.
Ability to guide the development team during implementation and get the expected results built.
Ability to estimate feature level requirements, conduct research where needed.
Strong experience with code quality, Unit testing frameworks like NUnit, code quality tools.
Strong problem solving skills, deep dive for root cause analysis, guiding development team with troubleshooting, with the appropriate use of Logging, Monitoring capabilities.
Good experience with Azure DevOps, TFS, JIRA, Git repos, as part of SDLC process.
Strong understanding of application build, packaging and deployment for different types of applications.
Experience with CI/CD, creating/managing pipelines when necessary.
Good knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology – backlog grooming/elicitation, sprint planning, sprint retrospectives.
Ability to manage expectations with different stakeholders.
Able to handle multiple small projects, managing time and expectations accordingly.
At least 8 years of experience overall in the software development role, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
