Oracle HCM Benefits Consultant (Open Enrollment)

What You'll Do:
• Consult on managed Cloud ERP engagements, including implementations and upgrades
• Engage with clients and lead workshops to define business requirements
• Conduct gap analysis between delivered functionality and client requirements and recommend solutions
• Provide subject matter expertise on one or more Oracle Cloud HCM modules - experience with specific experience in Core HCM, Benefits and Compensation
• Ability to design, test, deploy business processes and configurations within HCM Management modules
• Able to set-up the system to meet the desired business process and requirements
• Develop testing scenarios, test scripts and leading teams in unit, integration and acceptance testing
• Ability to understand integrations with other modules with Oracle suite of modules.
• Ability to work with other team members in configuring the Fusion Cloud Applications
• Travel to interesting places in North America.
What We're Looking For:
• Relevant experience in Oracle Cloud HCM modules
• 5+ years of Oracle EBS/Cloud experience
• Proficient in Oracle HCM Cloud, Self Service Human Resource (SSHR), concentration in benefits
• Hands on experience with program and plan changes,rate changes,
• Scheduled life event processing setups
• Dealing with Multiple qualifying Life Events during Open Enrollment
• Running the scheduled life event processing
• Deploying changes through Sandbox
• Fast Formula changes like person selection rule, post edit election formulas
