 As a Sr. Software Test Engineer, you work with Product Managers, Developers, Analysts and cross-functional global teams in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment to understand features and technical implementation. You are responsible to use cases, create test cases, Automate and execute test cases and generate reports in order to report to stakeholders on the quality and reliability of multiple applications across-platform and different verticals at UST  delivering high quality products for our clients working independently under minimal guidance. As a Test Engineer at UST, you are not a pure black box tester; you must be able to understand software internals, debug problems, and automate repetitive tasks with scripting tools and user-level automation tools.
 
 Key Responsibilities:
•          Develop test strategy, plan and create test cases, execute test scenarios and participate in troubleshooting collaborating with development partners
 •          Analyzing Test Scenarios and design/ convert to automation scripts
 •          Maintenance/up-gradation of existing automation scripts
 •          Work with teams in various time zones and ensure timely and flawless delivery
 •          Support multiple projects, coordinate testing activities across organizations and teams
 •          Manage and validate multiple environments, test data to ensure timely and flawless delivery
 •          Develop expert knowledge of the software under test and any other software products related to  the software under test needed for accurate test development and execution
 •          Review test artifacts for projects and releases. Define quality end goal or the business initiative
 •          Provide executive summary for all test activities with an unbiased recommendation on status of  quality
 •          Coordinate with team members for testing activities, participate in requirement ambiguity, use case, user story review, conduct analysis; define scope and testing coverage
 •          Maintain working relationship with project stakeholders, domain leads across all domains and    verticals
  
 Qualifications
 
 •          7+ years of experience in software development lifecycle.
 •          Experience with building test automation framework, test automation scripting, scheduling and reporting with Selenium and Jenkins
 •          Previous Financial or Banking experience on payments
 •          Experience in Agile, Scrum, Kanban methodologies
 •          Proven experience managing or working with offshore vendors or in multi locations
 •          Excellent verbal and communication skills
 •          Solid knowledge of testing methodologies and SDLC (Solution Delivery Life Cycle)
 •          Experience with batch and web application testing
 •          Knowledge in databases and comfortable with SQL
 •          Good communication and analytical skills
