Business Systems Analyst

UST Health Proof is looking for a highly energetic and collaborative BSA for a leading healthcare customer in US. The candidate should have 10+ years' experience in leading mid to large size team implementing technology projects especially Platforms Integration. The candidate should have exposure to and understand concepts around integrating systems via API services built using Java technology stack and RESTFUL / SOAP API protocols. Candidate should have sound understanding and prior experience working on agile software development methodologies and procedures. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to liaise with technologists and executives is key to be successful in this role. Prior knowledge and experience with healthcare member / provider service functions will be an added advantage.

As an Integration Lead at UST Health Proof, this is your opportunity to

· Collaborate with technologists at customer side to understand overall solution for integrating applications with core Claims platform (HR Payor), define the scope of work for team aligning with customer priorities
· Collaborate with Architect team to solution application / changes for customers various member / provider service functions
· Design solutions by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications
· Work with customer stakeholders / Scrum Master to plan out the Sprint activities based on customer priority
· Mentor / guide the team and help to remove roadblocks impacting team's progress by working closely with customer and internal stakeholders
· Report progress to customer on daily / weekly basis as deemed necessary
· Closely work with customer stakeholders to continuously look out for opportunities where can add value and work on proposals for those additional opportunities
· Facilitate getting the work done and take things to closure by meeting Definition of Done
· Facilitate discussions, decision making, and conflict resolution.
· Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
· Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example

You bring:

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of overall IT experience in different capacities
• 5+ years of hands-on experience leading technology projects especially platforms integration projects
• Healthcare domain experience will be preferable
