UST Global® is looking for a highly energetic and collaborative Business Analyst with experience designing application system to streamline business processes and meet the needs of business operations. The ideal candidate should be an expert in defining the purpose and scope of the technical aspects of a healthcare application system or product. A good understanding of enterprise data architecture and systems is expected. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and well-developed skills in business, system analysis, and product management is key to be successful in this role.

Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst, you will

· Collaborate with Product Manager and key Business Stakeholders to ensure stories are aligned to the product Vision, Features and Team Objectives

· Maintain Product Backlog Items and create Epics, User Stories and establish Acceptance Criteria.

· Split Product Backlog Items that are too large for the team to accomplish in a single sprint.

· Prioritize/order the items of the Product Backlog to maximize business value.

· Obtain estimates from the team by conducting refinement meetings.

· Groom the Product Backlog

· Articulate acceptance criteria on Product Backlog Items

· Contribute to product and release planning by collaborating with the Product Manager.

· Demonstrate the work at the end of a Sprint in the Sprint Review meeting

· Conduct User Acceptance and Functional System tests with the team to ensure that the work is "done."

· Create and report metrics (Product Burn Down Chart, Release Burndown Chart, etc.) to stakeholders.

· Ensure the actions of the team are highly visible and transparent.

· Participate in all Scrum meetings.

· Communicate with stakeholders (either internal or external) to clarify Product Backlog Items

· Promptly respond to team questions about Product Backlog Items

· Partner with System Architects to prioritize and understand dependencies of the Enablers.

· Experience working on projects and meeting project compliance requirements.


Requirements

· 10+ years of overall industry experience with very good retail domain experience.

· Minimum 3+ years of Agile experience working as Business Analyst for enterprise projects.

· Strong analytical skills, with the ability to decompose more complex problems and/or processes into logical parts.

· Experience working on Modernization projects.

· Communicating effectively in both a written and verbal form

· Should be able to carry out healthy and constructive confrontation with team members, peers and Scrum Masters for the benefit of Product.

· Bachelor's degree in a related field
