Job Description:
Oracle SCM Functional Consultant roles and responsibilities includes..
Design solutions for client requirements
Provides Oracle SCM Applications Functional Support
Provides solution support as needed
Conducts workshops and gathers requirements
Configures applications
Creates test cases & test strategy
Creates business process flow charts for customer and technical review.
Creates training documentation
Data conversion and migration strategies
Create technical specification documentations
Manages support functions Financial/SCM implementation
Manages day-to-day Incident Management, Escalation Management and other aspects of Oracle Applications Management related tasks and activities
Coordinates work of team members
Utilizes best practice processes around work assignments, project management, and quality of output while maximizing overall team performance.
Builds relationships with clients to improve services and ensure service levels are being met
Pro-actively identifies areas of opportunity and work to finding solutions that meet the business needs of the customer.
