ServiceNow Architect

Title: ServiceNow Architect Contract C2C: 12+ Months Location: Dallas, TX   REQUIRED SKILLS: Expertise in IT Service Management Strong understanding with architect, solutioning and deployment with 3 or more of the following ServiceNow modules: Core ITSM ITOM CMDB Rapidly prototype new solutions in collaboration with team members, SME’s, and leadership Expert, hands-on knowledge of the ServiceNow platform with extensive experience with recent ServiceNow releases Excellent verbal and written communications skills; excellent presentation and facilitation skills Experience assigning estimates for units of work (stories, defects, documentation, etc.) and coaching resources on the technical development and configuration against defined user stories Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and application navigation Strong ability to align business process and requirements with a technical implementation Experience with database design schemas and data modeling Experience in the elicitation & specification of architectural, functional and non-functional requirements Ability to develop productive client relationships at different management levels and identify and develop opportunities for new business Experience & Certifications:  5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience with a comprehensive understanding of the product suite Minimum three (3) ServiceNow implementations in the Technical Architect role  Minimum two (2) ServiceNow certifications  Certified Implementation Specialist – Application Portfolio Management Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery Certified Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management Certified Implementation Specialist – Software Asset Management Suite Certification ‑ ITSM Professional ITIL Foundation & TOGAF certification Demonstrated experience with Agile development methodologies Has training/certification in Agile methods Supported a ServiceNow instances with 5000+ users Demonstrated broad range of technical knowledge and solution strategy expertise in order to advise on the best technical solution for stakeholder requirements Demonstrated experience with designing architecture which supports continuous integration and DevOps, including managing change across the environments, supporting automated quality assurance and quality control Thanks & Regards, Chandan Soni Office: 908-800-7991 Email: Chandan.Soni@cyberthink.com
