· Analyze application defect and maintenance requests, translating those requirements into Salesforce specific solutions using the Salesforce toolsets (Out of the Box, Configuration, Customization)
· Implemented end to end Service Cloud Project
· Subject Matter Expertise with Service Cloud & Service Business Process:
o Email to Case
o Web to Case
o Live Chat
o Live Message (SMS to Case)
o Phone to Case
o Open CTI and/or CTI Vendors
o Omnichannel
o Knowledge
o Case Routing, Queues, Public Groups, and User Group Assignments
· Experience with designing & building a solution using Salesforce Declarative & Programmatic Approach
· Experience in Programmatic aspect of the Salesforce platform - Apex, Lighting, Front End Web Technologies
· Strong knowledge with Agile Development Methodology
· Salesforce Experience 5+ years
· Salesforce Certification: Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II (nice to have), Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant (nice to have)
