2-3 Years of Appian hands on experience
Appian L2 certification is good thing to have
Good understanding and experience in designing Appian applications using best practices suggested by Appian
Who can easily hop in and troubleshoot and handle production support/O&M dev tasks
Experience in developing integrations with 3rd party system
Able to elaborate use cases in Appian by providing low level and high-level designs
Experience in developing Plugins, Declared expressions
Should have excellent communication and presentation skills
