Position : Sr. PM with Retail, ecommerce domain mandatory
Location: SFO, CA
About The Job
· Ensure that business requirement and functional requirement are defined
· Establish project charters that includes timeline, roles and responsibilities of each involved parties.
· Lead one or more Agile projects following standard methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
· Track and remove impediments for the team as quickly as possible
· Communicate early and often within the team and with partners
· Establish a backlog process management leading to project and backlog roadmaps being prioritized through a clearly defined process and ROI sizing.
· Identify and address or mitigate risks, and dependencies to the team
· Manage a documentation repository: maintain up-to-date project documentation, shared globally and conforming to global standards
· Be a process promoter: Coach team members on Agile Principles to help team in agile process
· Encourage cross team collaboration within the project teams and communication to a broader audience
· Bring a passion to stay on top of current trends, experiment with and learn new technologies, participate in internal & external technology communities, and mentor other members of the engineering community
· Provide support to Implementation Lead for integrated roadmap planning activities
· Lead boldly and use hard and soft skills to influence participants of all levels towards the common goal
About You
· Bachelor's degree
· Minimum 8 years project management experience
· Minimum 5 years working with technical teams in retail, ecommerce, data and AI solutions
· Solid experience with Agile project management and familiar with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Teams
· Experience working with global IT and product teams
· Bring structure to ambiguous environments and relate well to people at all levels.
· Ability to influence change outside of your span of control and build stakeholder support.
· Strong negotiation skills and the ability to get results through formal channels and informal networking within a matrix project organization.
· Preferred Certifications: PMP, CSM , SAFe
