JobDescription : As a SalesforceCommerce Cloud Lead Developer, you will participate in ecommerceimplementations, utilizing Salesforce Commerce Cloud, providing technicalleadership and expertise to software design, development, and integration.
Responsibilities
· Work with internal and external project teams to helpdefine, build, and support ecommerce websites that work seamlessly acrossdifferent devices and browsers
· Participate in software design, development, andimplementation using Salesforce Commerce Cloud
· Provide oversight forSystem Integrator teams involved in site development activities
· Write and review technical specifications
· Provide advanced-level development and documentation skills
· Provide strong debugging skills at all levels, includingunit, system, integration and performance testing
· Assist with the estimation of development tasks
· Leverage creative problem-solving skills to help bringprojects in below budget and within deadlines
· Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluatingand developing technology solutions
· Provide suggestions and recommendations to keep internalcoding standards up to date; help to identify areas for efficiency acrossdisciplines
· Focus heavily on performance to ensure afast-loading user experience
· Perform code reviews and ensure compliance witharchitectural best practices
Qualifications
· Salesforce CertifiedCommerce Cloud Digital Developer
· 5+ yearsâ experienceas an SFCC Developer and lead on several SFCC-based development projects
· Experience with SFRA
· Well-versed with webtechnologies, such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript and understand the value of astrong relationship between front and backend development.
· Strong knowledge ofJavaScript (both server and client side)
· Experience working inall phases of the software development lifecycle from requirements gathering tofinal delivery and support
· Solid understanding ofbasic ecommerce concepts, such as catalog architecture, pricing and inventorymanagement strategies, payment processors, and technologies that support asuccessful ecommerce strategy such as PIM, OMS, and ERP
· Experience withsupporting and/or implementing public-facing ecommerce websites
· Self-driven andmotivated
· Exceptionalproblem-solving skills and a fantastic attention to detail
· Strong understanding of RESTful, SOAP API technologies
· Proficient in managingmultiple concurrent projects
