Complete understanding of Oracle TCA architecture, customer account structure, and customer hierarchy, and ability to define CDM solution architecture. Experience with CDM process including duplicate identification and resolution, match & merge process, and integration and data flow across CDM and other systems including Oracle E-Business suite. Strong knowledge of Data Steward and Data Governance processes. Good analytical and problem solving skills. Requires excellent communication skills and ability to drive discussion with business and technical teams.
