UST is looking for currently searching for a highly motivated highly motivated Developer with proven experience to aid in the development and enhancement of customer applications.

Responsibilities

Provide technical expertise within an assigned business unit/area, usually as a member of a project team, in analysis, design, and development of business applications.
Provide technical consulting support on projects or system issues.
Develop business knowledge and relationships to integrate activities with other IT departments to ensure successful implementation and support of project efforts.
Collect and analyze business requirements for projects.
Perform feasibility studies and translate requirements into an appropriate design.
Monitor and report to management on the status of project efforts, anticipating and identifying issues that inhibit the attainment of project goals and implementing corrective actions.
Perform other duties as assigned (no more than 5% of duties).

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 3 or more years of experience in development.
Good Knowledge and hands-on experience in a C++, C#, vb.net, sql and SSRS
Proficiency in the understanding of the structure and deployment of IT & business systems, experience in the cruise industry preferred.
Detail oriented, possess solid analytical, interpersonal, documentation, organizational, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to interact with employees, management, and users.
Ability to meet deadlines, independently lead an implementation team, and perform in an individual or team environment.
Location

This position will be based in Los Angeles, CA.

This role will start remote but will be based in downtown Los Angeles when the office reopens which should ne around Labor Day.
