Title: Business Analyst-Finance
Location: New York, NY (Position is remote till pandemic then 100% On-site.)

Client domain: Banking/Finance
MUST HAVE: CCAR, Project Management exp., Risk Management.
Responsibilities
· Perform the dual role of Business analyst and Project Manager for projects in data sourcing automation domain for leading Wall Street Banks involving custom developed business logic
· Develop strong understanding of incoming Risk/Finance/Operations data and perform data analysis of the same wherever vital
· Develop and guide developers on business requirements and data being analyzed, more specially, Revenue and Balance Sheet forecasting models
· Get involved with development and testing teams across the lifecycle of project in Agile mode
· Own the requirements grooming sessions/Scrums and report progress
· Identify the risk and dependencies and highlight before manifestation
· Work closely with Business Analysts to understand the core business problems and deliver efficient IT solutions; communicate efficiently and optimally
· Analyze the existing Solution environment and identify the upgrade/Migration/Refactoring/new development/improvement requirements
· Work closely with QA Team to ensure high quality of the product
Preferred qualifications
· Strong Analytical & Business interpersonal skills
· Experienced level understanding of domain
· Ability to work with business analysts, development managers, architects, infrastructure, and other developers to analyze business requirements, propose solutions, and implement those solutions
· Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
· Shown Project Management experience
· Knowledge of Financial instruments and US Financial market
· Knowledge of US regulatory requirements like CCAR
