· Overall 10+ years of experience.
· Must have real time experience in setup agile projects.
· Experience and influencing abilities to affect the change from a traditional culture to a collaborative one.
· Should be able to understand Current Maturity level and accordingly create plan for Agile shift.
· Expertise in transforming traditional projects to Agile.
· Enables the transition to Agile by empowering teams to develop an Agile mindset
· Coach and Mentor Scrum Masters and Product Owners.
· Train Teams to enable teams to transition to an Agile way of working.
· Setting up governing policies to support Agile-based approaches.
· Able to define right metrics.
· Define the measurement system by way of identifying relevant metrics.
· Effective governance system enabling agility.
