Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Implementing and managing Tanium for end point protection – OS & Application software updates and resolving vulnerabilities.
- Ensuring near to 100% security compliance of the Infrastructure.
- Asset Inventory detection and updates
- Implementing Next think tool and configuring it per business needs to proactively identify and recommend solutions for improving the end user experience.
- Work with vendor for POC and pilot implementations.
- Documentation and presentation to client leadership
- Identifying automation opportunities to improve end user experience.
- Work with SCCM, Intune, MDM and MAM teams in providing enhancement solutions to the client.
- Reporting of infrastructure health status to leadership.
- Work on new product /POC coordinating with vendors, business and internal IT teams.
Qualifications, Experience and Certifications we seek in you!
- Minimum 5+ years for of experience in various desk side and end user automation initiatives like chatbots, GINA, IVR etc. for achieving quick turnaround times, reducing errors, and saving costs to the client.
- A good understanding and experience in creating/integrating SNOW workflows for approvals and automation of troubleshooting and servicing requests.
- Rich experience in providing Analytical services using Power BI or latest tools like Next think that provide intricate details on the end user device performance and issues for proactive addressing.
- Proactive analysis of end user environments and recommendation on improvement ideas with automation.
- Understanding of AI and ML concepts along with implementation is a plus.
- Documentation, slicing and dicing the data from different tools like SNOW, SCCM & other related tools for analysis, identifying the root causes proactively, recommending and implementing the solutions to address the end user issues.
- Understanding of Microsoft Office 365 suite of tools and technologies
- Open to cross-skill to other technologies per the business requirement.
- Experience on tools like Next think and any other end user performance monitoring tools is useful.
- Understanding/experience in SCCM/Intune MDM management and application deployment is preferred.
- Experience on using Flexera for app packaging is expected
