Position: Oracle EBS HRMS Functional Consultant – Core HR & Benefits

Currently, we are looking for a talented Oracle EBS HRMS Functional Consultant – Core HR & Benefits.
What You'll Do:
- Consult on managed EBS ERP engagements, including implementations and upgrades
- Engage with clients and lead workshops to define business requirements
- Conduct gap analysis between delivered functionality and client requirements and recommend solutions
- Responsible for analyzing and resolving functional and technical problems of supported applications including Core HR and Benefits
- Provide subject matter expertise on one or more Oracle EBS - Core HR and Benefits
- Ability to understand integrations with other modules with other Oracle suite of modules.
- Support multiple customers on HR, Benefits and related modules both in EBS and Cloud.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience with Oracle EBS HRMS modules is a must.
- Experience level should be 6 plus years with 1 - 3 full life cycle implementations experience.
- Experience handling Implementations, Upgrades, Roll outs and Systems Integration assignments for worldwide customers.
- Proficiency in Oracle E-business Suite in HR and Benefits modules implementation
- Exposure towards Hire to Retire process.
- Must be willing to work with team members in Offshore/Onshore for task delivery.
- Must have ability to communicate with Client team members as appropriate Orally and in writing.
