Please review and let me know your interest. 10+Years only Position: ServiceNow Specialist/SME, ITAM Module Location: Remote during COVID but would like someone open to Relo to Baltimore, MD IV Process: 1 Step Zoom interview Duration: 1 year+ Key Points to get the job: Someone who is comfortable with SNOW Development and knows the ITAM module very well and has implemented it before. They need someone that knows Hardware and Software side of it. If you find someone with that we will be good. Overview: Our IT Asset Management Functional expert will support our Solution Architect, Development Lead, and Functional lead on leading practices and implementation strategies for IT asset management implementation on ServiceNow platform. This expertise should include experience in implementing both hardware asset management and software asset management. Requirements: •            Ability to obtain and maintain an SSA Suitability clearance •            Experience with ServiceNow IT Asset Management 3+ years •            Experience with ServiceNow Functional Design 5+ years •            Experience with ServiceNow Testing 3+ years Competent designing: •            Service Catalogs & Catalog Items •            Custom workflows for catalog items with associated forms, tasks, approvals, and notifications. •            ServiceNow ITAM out of the box table structures (Contract, Location, Asset, Model) Experience working with Update Sets and migrating update sets through lifecycle environments •            Strong Knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform (Hardware and Software) •            ServiceNow ITAM out of the box table structures (Contract, Location, Asset, Model) •            Experience working with Update Sets and migrating update sets through lifecycle environments •            Strong Knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform (Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, CMDB, Service Catalog, Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, Workflow) •            Knowledge of ITIL principles and experience applying ITIL guidance to IT service •            Good communications skills •            Bachelor’s Degree + 5 years’ experience required Thank you, Parvez Saiyed || cyberThink Inc.
