• Build location wise application inventory of all business systems o Current Infrastructure Platforms o Software versions deployed and in use o Current licensing status o Current maintenance and support contracts • Undertake an EOL analysis to identify technical challenges across all platforms • Complete high level capacity modelling • Develop and document the road map strategy to complete migration strategy o Sequence o Timeline o Resource plan o Budget • Co-ordinate engagement of all internal and external dependencies o Vendors o Resources o Management • Schedule and chair regular project steering committee meetings • Identifying gaps in technology capability versus business requirement • Supervising internal IT staff, consultants, vendors and suppliers • Meeting with IT analysts and finalizing essential IT infrastructure • Planning and supervising installation of IT infrastructure • Project management (scope, budget and schedule) including regular management reporting for projects remediation, user testing and roll out • Identify potential project risks and its implication to the organization and to recommend mitigating measures to manage the risks • Responsibilities for ensuring adherence of all deliverables to appropriate standards and quality levels • Identify, document and communicate all regulatory requirements pursuant to remote hosting and data retention for the target countries. • Propose a pragmatic solution that accounts for all regulatory requirements pursuant to remote hosting and data retention for the target countries.

Required Skills and Experience •

Excellent knowledge about all aspects of information technology specifically with complex infrastructure environments

• Excellent people skills, an ability to work harmoniously in diverse cultural and remote regional environments

• Ability to work across all levels of IT and business management

• Excellent analytical and observation skills

• Ability to keep up with latest developments in the field and upgrade IT infrastructure

• Good written and oral communication skills, an ability to present concise reports and recommendations

• Excellent planning and organization ability

• Excellent time management skills and understanding the value of a baseline

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving abilities

• Excellent management and leadership qualities •

A minimum of 10 Years’ experience in: o Data Centre Operations, Migration, Move and/or Consolidation with exposure to recovery strategy
