Position: System Admin with expertise in Linux and Server skills
Location: Albany, NY
Job Description:
Proven experience supporting Windows and Unix/Linux Engineering and web programming technologies.
Knowledge and understanding of VMWare, AWS and virtualization platforms
Knowledge of AWS - EC2; Cloud formation; IAM; Cloud watch; S3
Knowledge of the Tableau product suite: preference given to candidates with proven experience with content migrations including server administration
Knowledge of Infrastructure and Data Center Operations
Must demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organization and time management skills are essential.
Must possess strong leadership analytical skills.
Proven ability to analyze, identify, implement and monitor outcomes is required.
Demonstrated ability to identify weaknesses in workflow and develop and implement process improvements to continually insure that corporate goals are satisfied is required
Proven ability to foster and build rapport across teams
Minimum of three (3) years' experience integrating Vendor API's required
A minimum of five (5) years' experience with release and deployment functions required.
Minimum of three (3) years' experience integrating Vendor API's required
Associate's degree required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
