Rate:- $60 to $65/hr on C2C
Except OPT & CPT all visa open
10+ Years’ experience is mandatory
Job Description:
1. Overall 10+ years of CRM experience with minimum 3 years in Salesforce Communities Cloud Module is required.
2. As a Communities Cloud SFDC BSA/Consultant, the person should have driven or played an integral role in a minimum of 4-5 different Salesforce.com communities (B2B and B2C) Cloud implementations
2. Good knowledge of Salesforce sales and service cloud and Enterprise Integrations
3. The ability to dream the next gen experience by reimagining the interaction,
4. Awareness about the best in class user experience options to convert the dream into a proposal
5. Champion the requirements, by collaborating with business, partner system BSA’s, technical and functional teams
6. The technical skills to determine the data flow between various applications and Ability to define an API such that it represents a reusable capability
7. Ability to critically evaluate business needs, identify opportunities for improvement and decompose high-level information into detailed requirements
8.Proficient in major business processes like CRM and in building a solution top-down
9.The aptitude to discover requirements by asking the right questions and document the business process flows
10. Ability and willingness to work with a global IT team, including other BSAs, Developers, QA and Project Management
11. Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated and a great team player with excellent interpersonal skills
13. Excellent communication and problem solving skills, with a try until you succeed attitude
14. Experience working in Agile environment, comfortable in designing JIRA EPIC’s and user stories
15. Salesforce.com certification is a must
