Job Title: AWS Solution Architect
Work Location: NY; but REMOTE
The ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record as an AWS Solutions Architect that can help in the design, implementation, and adoption of large enterprise solutions. The individual in this role should be a technical expert in AWS architecture who understands and practice the AWS Well-Architected Framework. Excellent communication and verbal skills, Project management experience is a good to have skill. Having experience in any healthcare industry solution on AWS is a huge plus.
Responsibilities:
- AWS Solutions Architect
- Responsibilities include planning and implementations of its associated services.
- End-to-end application development experience both n Web App & Mobile App.
- Application development using ReactJS & Spring Boot.
- Experience in building serverless Architecture using Lambda & open source.
- Application development using Dynamo DB as a DB.
- Experience in automated testing & performance testing.
- Administrator tools & products, Providing SME / L1/L2 and above level technical support.
- Demonstrates strong technical and analytical skills.
- Recommend, test, and implement new cloud technology around AWS services.
- Participates in the planning for future technologies.
- Strong communication skills and flexible team player
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Exhibits excellent service to others.
- Application development using AWS DevOps including CI/CD pipeline.
Qualifications:
- At least 7+ years of experience in a similar role with exposure to cloud adoption and architecture
- At least 8-10 years of overall IT experience working for a global Organization.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- AWS - Solutions Architect Certification Required
Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in the AWS well-architected Framework and best practices.
- Strong experience in CloudWatch, Autoscale, CloudFormation Stacks.
- Experience architecting, deploying, and managing Lambda, S3, RedShift instances.
- Experience in S3/Glacier storage containers, EBS, snapshots, and FSx file sharing.
- Understanding of AWS Multi-Account Strategy, Control Tower, and Landing Zone concept.
- Experience with CloudTrail, Auditing, Compliance, and Governance as well as IAM roles and permissions, and cloud account consolidation.
- Experience on tagging, cost allocations, reporting, and budgeting.
- Ability to operate at all levels within the organization and cross-functionally within multiple Client organizations.
