Quality Manager:

  • ITIL Foundation knowledge
  • Technical background, DC network knowledge
  • Drive quality improvements of network related tickets, e.g. Technical solution, timely processing, adherence to process
  • Ensure and track compliance and adherence to all defined quality measurements
  • Validate accuracy of KPI reports presented by 3rd party provider
  • Represent GMP in all quality related meetings
  • Host meetings with 3rd party provider to facilitate improvements on all quality related topics
  • Develop and define quality metrics to be tracked and report on monthly progress
