Quality Manager:
- ITIL Foundation knowledge
- Technical background, DC network knowledge
- Drive quality improvements of network related tickets, e.g. Technical solution, timely processing, adherence to process
- Ensure and track compliance and adherence to all defined quality measurements
- Validate accuracy of KPI reports presented by 3rd party provider
- Represent GMP in all quality related meetings
- Host meetings with 3rd party provider to facilitate improvements on all quality related topics
- Develop and define quality metrics to be tracked and report on monthly progress
