Looking for Technical Incident Manager- @ NJ
Need Technical Incident Manager-
Location: Mount Laurel, NJ
Duration: 8 Months
Experience required : 8+
JD :
• Incident Management / Problem Management
• Responsible for planning and coordinating all the activities required to perform, monitor, and report on the process
• Drive and track incidents through E2E systems .
• Prepare improvement plan and actions based on production occurrences
• Production hardening items handling – starting from scope to design and deployment
• Deep drive of all P2/P2's RCA and implementing action items from RCA.
• Nonproduction feature handling starting from solution, effort and deployment
• Troubleshooting production incidents as and when required
• Tech Stack and Other Skills - In Depth knowledge required
• Java, Python, MQ
• Cloud foundry/PCF, AWS
• Experience with systems running multi data center
• Kafka , queuing
• Postman, Soap API
• Rabbit MQ, MySQL, Oracle
• Ticketing systems – Remedy , Octane, Rally etc.
• Domain: Cable, wireless and wireline industry – Ordering, Billing, Network Provisioning ; NA Port in/ Port Out knowledge; Usages guiding and rating; Collection and Payment industry knowledge etc.
