Role: Business Analyst 
Duration: 6 Months

Location : Stamford CT

 Strong Facilitation Skills demonstrated through ability to lead process modelling sessions and

drive alignment across disparate stakeholder groups

 Ability to create strong and trusted working relationships with business stakeholders through

demonstrated expertise in their specialist functional area

 Ability to identify gaps or shortcomings in business process or system functional requirements

generated in workshops and responding to these to ensure clarity and agreement is obtained in

an efficient and collaborative way

 Ability to holistically view business processes in order to identify potential integration points or

areas that require further discussion or deeper definition

 Have a strong and productive work ethic with an ability to identify and collaboratively resolve

issues and risks without being territorial

 Ability to prioritise work based on multiple, and possibly conflicting criteria

 Comprehensive understanding of business process modelling methodologies and standards (e.g.

BPMN, Process Hierarchy creation, etc)

 Ability to develop BPMN models from discussions efficiently in a quality assured manner

 Strong documentation skills and excellent verbal and written skills demonstrated across cultures

 Ability to author functional/system requirements specifications based on process requirements

 Expert use of process modelling tools (Orbus iServer preferred)

 

Education and Certifications

 Bachelor Degree (required) Technical or Engineering considered favorably;

 TOGAF Certification (required)

 Association of Business Process Management Professionals International (ABPMP International)

- preferred

 Object Management Group (OMG) BPM Certification (preferred)

 TOGAF certification (required)

Experience

 Minimum of 8 years' experience in heavy chemicals, mineral processing plant projects including

deep experience working within a functional area (maintenance, production, SHEQ, capital

projects, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, planning, commercial, etc)

 Experience in working with SAP Implementation partners, SAP work processes and/or

Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)

 Minimum of 8 years' experience developing BPMN models and process flow diagrams

 English 1st language proficiency

 Experience with Agile Scrum (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning and Sprint Retrospective meetings)

and Kanban
