Role : Veeva CRM Consultant

Location : Princeton, NJ

Duration : Long Term

Technical Skills:

· Overall 10-12 years’ experience in IT business analysis, project management roles

· 7-8 years’ experience in Commercial IT systems in Life Sciences

· At least 5 years’ working experience with Veeva CRM

· Must have work on 2 - 3 end to end project implementations as a BA/PM in a customer facing role

· Working experience with requirements documentation, fit-gap analysis, traceability matrix, project plan preparation and driving business workshops

· Ability to appreciate the data interactions and integrations across Commercial IT systems viz. Veeva CRM, MDM, Data Warehouse, Territory & Customer alignment etc.

· Knowledge of Medical Affairs (highly preferred)

Preferred qualifications

· One who is Passionate about technology, problem solving, ability to adapt new skills, sharing expertise and knowledge!

· Excellent customer facing skills that include conducting compelling technical briefing & demonstrations. The person should have a technical curiosity to implement new technologies and articulate the solutions to the customer!
