Looking for a Cyber Security Engineer to join the IAM team on a Contract Assignment. This assignment will include supporting a large and diverse population using Enterprise Authentication & Access Management services, provided by Azure AD, Azure MFA and Azure App Proxy.

This role will provide L3 support to technical application teams, and support end users with issues unresolvable by L1 and L2 teams. Over the course of the project, the contractor will be expected to work under limited guidance to analyze reported issues through ServiceNow Incidents, find trends, and partner with engineers on the team to perform root cause analysis and deploy permanent resolutions. The contractor will update Knowledge documentation used both by technical support teams and end users to avert future issues.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Information Technology in an Enterprise environment with at least 10,000 employees and contractors
• In-depth knowledge and working experience troubleshooting and configuring Adaptive Authentication (such as Azure Conditional Access Policy), Single Sign-On (SAML and OAuth), Multi-Factor Authentication and Reverse Proxy (such as Azure App Proxy) technologies
• Experience troubleshooting issues in a complex IT environment, including reviewing data flows across a Network, proxy, firewall and DNS configurations
• Experience scripting against Azure AD and AD through Powershell and Python
• Knowledge in working with and building reports through SIEMs, such as Splunk or Azure Sentinel
• Experience managing work and analyzing issues through IT Service Management tools, such as ServiceNow or BMC Helix/Remedy
• Experience creating and maintaining knowledge base, SOPs and playbooks documentation
• Experience in engaging with L1 and L2 support teams for problem resolution based on SLAs

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience configuring and supporting ADFS and Microsoft MFA Server
• Experience configuring or supporting Citrix, Netscaler or VPN solutions such as Palo Alto Networks & Cisco
• Certifications: Microsoft Azure Security Engineer or similar; Industry Certifications such as CISSP
