JD :

Hands-on experience architecting in AWS.
Strong experience in Designing data pipelines and data solutions on-premise and on the cloud, in AWS, Glue/EMR/S3/Redshift, Hadoop distributed frameworks, Apache Spark with Python, Java programming, and Hadoop Ecosystems.
üGood knowledge of Cloud Security implementation practices
üExpertise in scalability and high-performance applications meeting various SLAs which are part of architecture and design.
üExposure in design and developing micro-services architecture, Diagnostic /Discovery/As Is Assessment, Solution
üEvaluation, Recommendation, and CI / CD
üGood experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects
üExperience in data migration, estimation, sizing of the project
üExperience in working in Agile teams and working independently with Business stakeholders providing solutions and regular updates.
üExperience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment with strong written and oral communication skills and Analytical skills.
Develop a deep understanding of your client's/prospects' business goals, competition, growth plans, and obstacles.
üProvide technical & architecture for various technology areas for larger flagship delivery programs - in the Analytics & Information Management spectrum.
üEngage with high growth customers in Data & Digital areas to play an advisory role to customers and prospects and provide thought leadership for technology & Business transformation recommendations in various technology areas.
üPrepare PoV on new tools or new versions of existing tools and write a whitepaper on upcoming trends.
üExperience in data migration to Azure/AWS is a must
üA good understanding of the digital ecosystem
üPrior experience in the insurance industry will be desired.
üThe ability to identify client challenges and develop creative solutions in close collaboration with clients and Data & Analytics practice.
üThe ability to communicate with Fortune 500 decision-makers (typically SVP level) effectively and persuasively.
üA demonstrable track record of high performance
üExcellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiating skills.
üAn entrepreneurial mindset and practice: you enjoy working as part of a small team, rapidly iterating on strategy, and getting your hands dirty to build something great.
