Job Description:
·         Experience with Planning Cloud out-of-box models - Financial, CapEx, Projects, Workforce and Strategic Modeling
·         Conduct business process workshops, technical workshops and user training
·         Lead and supervise the team in the accomplishment of deliverables with onsite and offshore model
·         Excellent communication and core consulting skills
·         Excellent FP&A functional knowledge
·         Working experience in Finance domain
·         Degree in Accounting, CPA or MBA strongly preferred
·         Minimum 8-10 years working experience in EPM Cloud & On-Premises
·         Minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Planning Cloud
·         Experience with Oracle Planning Cloud, Hyperion Planning, Financial Reporting Studio and data integration tools such as FDM/FDMEE, Data Management (Cloud)
·         Experience delivering at least two (2) large full life-cycle EPM Cloud program
·         Experience working with Oracle Cloud cross-module i.e., ERP, HCM, SCM, etc.
·         Demonstrate strong analytical skills and problem solving skills
·         Experience in working with cross-functional teams, particularly with Oracle ERP Cloud
·         Experience in working through all phases of implementation life cycle, from design, development to implementation and maintenance of financial applications
