Please find the below requirement details
Position: Sr. Tibco Developer (Business Connect and Business Works)
Location: Dallas, TX / Remote
Duration: 8 Months can go Long Term
Client: Southwest Airlines
Rate: $65/Hr. on C2C
Project Details:
Electronic trading platform
Using Business Connect and Business Works
Install, test, develop and support platform
Need to do software upgrade, in middle of standup part of upgrade
Configuring servers and software on the software itself
Need to make sure the platform is stable
Take refined platform, upgrade to fall tolerant from the platform itself (in case one platform goes down, have a backup)
Process 80% of invoices to client – do by utilizing X12 protocol and any flavor of XML as long as standard, want minimal processes
Ideally looking for the following:
· Familiarity with all aspects of Tibco
· Able to install/configure/setup/troubleshoot Tibco tools (currently using about 15 tools)
o Able to go above/beyond consulting with Tibco to solve
· Feed flat files (ex. XML, JSON)
· Development in Business Works
· Business Connect 6.0 and above (currently connecting to 7.2)
· Administration in Business Connect
· Certificate exchanges/types
· BASH scripting
· Git source control (using Bitbucket)
· Jenkins builds
· Gradle builds engine highly preferred or Maven
· Tools need to be refactored because of new Tibco tools – how Tibco does a build is important
· Someone used to digging into logs, making connections/patterns, used to solving problems vs. submitting ticket to Tibco (make sure not causing own problems)
· Work independently
· Think on own feet
· Regression testing
