Job Description

Lumen E-bonding Project - Incident Implementation

- integrate with custom REST, w/current INC customizations

Electronic Bonding (eBonding) is the act of integrating and connecting software between two unique enterprises and their systems. Whether through transactions or synchronizing datasets, the two systems essentially "bond," delivering an end-to-end software-based business process.

Ebonding ServiceNow and Vendesk.
