Position - Engineering Quality Assurance Location - Farmington Hills MI Responsibilities ·        Supports/ leads problem resolution approaches in the project and ensures DRBFM compliance. ·        Drives proper usage of problem-solving methodologies in the project. Ensures resulting quality of output. ·        Coaches team to ensure fundamental root cause definition and sustainable countermeasure implementation. ·        Gatekeeper to ensure organizational quality in the project. ·        Oversees overall quality assurance in the project together with the Principal Project Team. ·        Monitors daily working modes and outputs of the team and recommends/drives improvements with the EPM. ·        Ensures EEPM Gates requirements are achieved and stop deliveries if safety is not assured. ·        Escalates immediately as needed. ·        Acts as the first gatekeeper for organizational quality assurance and has the authority to stop technical deliveries/releases and require escalation. ·        Supports/ leads project level preparation for internal/external audits. Responsible to ensure project readiness. ·        Serves as the primary customer contact for quality-related matters in the project as it relates to documentation, tools, processes, etc. ·        The EQA Engineer reports to the EQA Manager and is independent of the project organization.  Required Skills: Knowledge/ Technical skills: ·        Knowledge and experience of review methods and performing reviews. ·        ASPICE Provisional Assessor Training and Examination ·        Knowledge of functional safety (e.g., ISO 26262, IEC 61508) ·        Knowledge of automotive security (e.g., ISO/SAE 21434) ·        Knowledge of quality standard (e.g., IATF 16949) ·        Knowledge in the system, hardware, and/or software engineering ·        Knowledge and experience of applying tools regarding. ·        requirements, change, configuration, and problem resolution management ·        metrics generation for quality assurance ·        Knowledge of other tools allocated to the role (e.g., Enterprise Architect, Rhapsody) Soft skills: ·        Good moderation and communication skills  Process skills: ·        Detailed knowledge and experience in engineering quality assurance process   Thanks & regards!
