Position: Techno Business Analyst
Location: Bay Area

Job Description
MUST have -
· End user/knowledge in SharePoint
· Basic Business Analysis tools & techniques E.g.: Gather requirements, Visio, Experience with simple flow chart, Able to write the system requirements.
· Ability to interact with the Technical team to explain them the requirement and for them to architect and design solutions accordingly
· Experience with Offshore/Onsite communications and workflow.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Experience in interacting with stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and end-users
· Ability to translate business needs into requirement specifications
· Able to speak in business terminology rather than technical.
Nice to have -
· Experience in Pharma domain projects
· SharePoint migration experience.
· Ability to test & debug the application from functional point of view
Ability to understand the current setup by going through the existing application artifacts
