Job Description:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar
- Experience with programming and database languages such as SQL, Oracle
- Ability to use SQL to analyze, model and interpret data
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to identify effective and efficient solutions for complex problems and look beyond the obvious required
- Ability to Identify problems analytically, develop solutions and implement an effective course of action
- Assertive and hands on professional, who thrives in a fast paced, change-rich environment
- Must have proven work experience as an "influencer" and ability to own and drive the product and/or specific product features
- Ability to negotiate priorities and resolve conflicts among project stakeholders including customers, product management, and development team
- Strong facilitation skills: Utilize effective product discovery techniques to elicit business and user needs
- Familiarity with the Design Thinking product development with human centered, cross functional product design is a nice to have
- Experience with HealthCare is preferable
- Agile Product Owner experience preferred
- Knowledge of Post-Acute Care preferred
