Experience working as a Professional Security Engineer/Consultant.
• 10+ years of experience in Developing, Implementing, Maintaining enterprise security policies.
• 5+ Years experience of management experience in an large, complex and cross-functional environment.
• Extensive experience in overseeing enforcement of security policies and architecture at application level.
• Experience in Identifying, analyzing, diagnosis and resolving security compliance issues and to recommend areas for process improvement or innovation.
• In depth understanding and hands-on experience with security standards like ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST, CCPA and HIPAA etc.
• Should have an understanding of cloud security concepts
•Analyze regulatory requirements and provide compliance guidelines. Prepare, publish, discuss and monitor the enforcement of security policies.
• Engage with the business users, risk management, Identity and Access Management at different levels to understand Application needs, analyze, document, evaluate and prioritize the compliance requirements and make recommendations.
• Knowledge of basic security concepts including (encryption using keys, SSL, HTTPS, identity and access management).
• Participate in Agile scrum team, enhance/research user stories and be responsible as compliance lead
• Experience in Identity and Access Management systems migration across enterprise
