Title: Scientific Business Analyst Consultant.
Location: Spring House, PA or Raritan, NJ and some Remote (Post COVID), when Client returns to the Lab with the Scientists.
Interview: Phone and Video
 
 
 
REQUIREMENT DETAILS:
 

• Experience supporting projects involving Laboratory Systems, deep chemistry, and Experimental Biology.
• Has worked closely with scientists in lab environments.
• Creates and manages SDLC documentation and obtains signoff from appropriate stakeholders.
• Has worked in an Agile environment.
• Elicits and documents business requirements, suggesting solutions and/or changes.
• Creates User Stories.
• Performs as is/to be an analysis of business processes and tools.
• Develops business cases, traceability matrices, swim lane diagrams, RACI diagrams and other documentation as needed.
• Facilitates User Acceptance Testing.
• Manages requirements changes.
• Ensure alignment with business strategy/tactics.

 
Pharma R&D has a pain point in skill set for a BA with Scientific Background.
 
 
Domain: IT Research (including Clinical).
 
 
Top 3 Skills:
 

• Business Analyst with Scientific Background.
• Have worked with Scientists in a Lab Environment.
• Reputable references with submittals.
