Position: Project Manager with AI/ML(Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning) Location: Basking Ridge-NJ Requirement:  As a program manager you will be responsible for assisting in the creation of the end to end project intake and evaluation process.  You will need to establish tracking tools and databases for requests and a process to ensure the project is evaluated by all teams across the organization.   Track the impact of the projects across the team and which ones we have the capacity to support and those that we dont.  As part of this process you will need to ensure that we have the right systems and databases established and work with other platforms to ensure integration and access.  Work with the appropriate teams to create an automated prioritization process  Create a centralized database of all project with relevant Project Management information  Provide real time reporting on what is being worked and what is not  Work with finance to track the budget performance of the projects across the organization  Regularly meet with different business unit front door organizations to ensure proper communications prioritization  Clearly communicate up and down the organization to ensure all are aligned   Manage all systems and tools needed to facilitate the process  Develop trusted advisor relationships with internal clients and work with them to identify their goals.   Develop strong partnerships with every team you interface or collaborate with.  Identify obstacles and roadblocks and proactively develop approaches to overcome them.  Assist with the documentation of ***s end to end processes in an effort to eliminate waste reduction and/or revenue growth opportunities.   Leverage change management best practices to mitigate resistance.  Having clarity, jira, and smartsheets experience is a benefit
