Kindly share me resume for below requirement.   Role:- Lead Java Engineer (10+ Years only) Location:- Scottsdale AZ   Must Have: Lead (Solid FSE Full Stack Engineer) Understand basic Pair Programming and willing to pick it up in less than a week Should work with our Panel to prep for the pair programming- passing the pair programming test is a must have- Our panel should coach the candidates (folks who have basic skills and are willing to pick XP way of working)   Evaluation Criteria: Our evaluation panel will evaluate based on above criteria.
