SAP FICO – CO Consultant – please do share profiles with strong COPA and BI

SAP FICO CO-PA Resource 8-10 years of experience
 
Responsibility:
*       Main area of responsibility is to support all Management Reporting using COPA & BI
*       Able to manage business processes design/impact analysis during business blueprint and realization phases.
*       Participate and support integration testing cycle with the ability to resolve defects in the area of responsibility.
*       Understand the projects business requirements and timelines and can drive closure of design issues to meet the projects go live
Skills:
*       Strong understanding of controlling processes-CO-PA, Integration with Product Costing, cost center accounting, cost object controlling & Service contract business environment.
*       Hands on experience working on COPA enhancements/user exits.
*       Must understand the functionality of Revenue Recognition, Make to stock (MTS)/ Make to Order (MTO), Results Analysis, and Settlements for service contract business.
*       Must have experience on GL/COPA (costing-based) reconciliation
*       Understand flows to COPA from different modules in SAP. Should have developed reports and able to integrate effectively with BI/BO/BPC.
*       Must have good knowledge of FP&A process and Gross Margin Analysis, Billing, Booking and Backlog Process.
 
Strongly preferred
*       Exposure to SAP CRM would be a significant plus
*       Knowledge of Hadoop

Role : PM with Property & Casualty Insurance
Location : NYC
Note: Need PM with Property & Casualty Insurance Domain experience and General Ledger.
Recent Property & Casualty exp is required.
Workday Finance Module Implementation experience is a plus
 
Required:
Good Communication and ability to interact with C-Level executives.
Candidate should have executive presence.
Experience with P&C insurance is a must
Experience with P&C Insurance Financial and Accounting systems
Knowledge of General Ledger and financial reporting
Understanding of regulatory and audit requirements for P&C insurance
Support month end, quarterly and yearly financial close by adhering to the documented procedures and providing end user support
Experience with SunGL, Majesco, Oneshield, Unqork, Ebao a plus
Experience with Cognos and Qlikview as plus
Experience with product evaluation a plus.
Ability to develop multiyear roadmaps 
Understanding of Agile methodology
Ability to manage multiple scrum teams
C-level and exec reporting experience
