Azure Application architect Long term project   Oaks, PA Skype Interview JOB DESCRIPTION: ·       BA/BS, in a related technical field; or the equivalent in education and work experience ·       Minimum of 10 years prior work experience working with an application development organization; must demonstrate experience delivering systems and projects from inception through implementation ·       Expert knowledge of Azure compute, storage, networking; ·       Experience with enterprise migrations from on-prem equipment to cloud environments ·       Experience in the design and automation of Infrastructure as a Service and Platform as a Service capabilities including virtual networks, virtual machines, cloud services, web sites, data services etc. ·       Experience with creating, deploying, configuring and scaling applications in Azure; ·       Expert knowledge of designing high availability systems in Azure (fault domains, availability zones, regions); ·       Knowledge of Azure Database fundamentals (Azure SQL DB, Azure SQL Managed Instance); ·       Experience with automated provisioning of Dev/Test/Staging and Production environments using Infrastructure as a Code; ·       Extensive experience developing ARM Templates or Terraform; ·       Experience documenting governance and workflows associated with cloud environments ·       Experience working with cloud native monitoring and logging tools (i.e. Log Analytics, or Azure Monitor); ·       Experience with financial management in cloud using tools like Cloud Health, Apptio etc.; ·       Ability to incorporate security in the design and implementation of solution architectures, and to control access to resources using Azure IAM, and deployment best practices; ·       Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD, and ADFS; ·       Demonstrated ability to create system architecture diagrams and documentation for review by both technical and non-technical audiences; ·       Ability to prepare detailed build/test plans to implement new technologies; ·       Ability to break down application requirements and propose appropriate architectural solutions. ·       Preferably Azure Certified Architect Technologies (AZ303) Attributes we value: ·       Excellent communication skills ·       Strong system/ technical analysis skills ·       Self-motivation with an ability to prioritize multiple tasks ·       Ability to develop a strong internal network across the platform ·       Excellent collaboration, communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills ·       Ability to think creatively and seek optimum solutions ·       Ability to grasp loosely defined concepts and transform them into tangible results and key deliverables ·       Very strong problem-solving skills ·       Diagnostic skills with the ability to analyze technical, business and financial issues and options ·       Ability to infer from previous examples, willingness to understand how an application is put together Action-oriented, with the ability to quickly deal with change Thanks & Regards, Yogesh Bisht IT RECRUITER T: +1 678-507-0866 E: Yogesh@vbeyond.com | www.VBeyond.com 390 Amwell Road, Suite #107, Hillsborough, NJ 08844 Note – VBeyond is fully committed to Diversity and Equal Employment Opportunity.
