Title: Network Architect Location: Houston, TX Duration: 12+ Months Job Description: - Minimum of ten (10) years IT experience with 5 years of network architecture, design and engineering experience in Global IT environments including cloud and third party outsourced components. Documented experience supporting and developing enterprise IT infrastructure architecture in hosted and cloud environments
- Hyper-converged technology knowledge/experience preferred.
- Expert Knowledge and technical expertise of wireless communications, network security, voice and data networking systems required.
- Must have advanced computer skills with MS operating systems and MS products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Active Directory, etc.) including desktop and server-based applications. .
- Ability to plan, organize, direct and review the work of technical personnel and establish and maintain working relationships with users, technical staff, management, vendors and others.
- Prior supervisory experience preferred.
- Proven project management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to perform complex problem isolation with Telecommunications infrastructures: PRI/T1/DS3/ETH.
- Experience with H.323 and SIP protocols.
- Demonstrated ability to perform complex problem isolation in LAN/WAN environments.
- Expert knowledge of Cisco Routing, Switching and VPN Technologies.
- Public cloud (Azure, Google, AWS) design and support experience
