Good experience and knowledge about servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency. Proficient in conducting all the Scrum ceremonies within a collocated as well as distributed teams. Proficient in conducting Scrum of Scrums for extended scrum teams and capable to explain each of the process and practices benefit to the team / stake holders. Experienced in facilitating release planning. Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
