Job Description:
Need extensive retail/e-commerce testing background.
 

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with minimum 10+ years of experience
• Onsite QA lead with Retail Domain Knowledge, Experience working on eCommerce platform and hands on Automation knowledge (Selenium/QTP), where in resource can make recommendation on Tool, Framework to adopt, plan the automation and guide the offshore team on achieving the automation goals.
• Client Focus, Managing Offshore Teams, Innovation, Effective Communication
• Build Collaborative Relations with client executives
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
• Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic with good time management with ability to work with diverse teams and lead meetings
