Overview
The Employee Identity Access Management
team is looking for an Information Security Operations Analyst to
drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal
candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious,
analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.
This position is under the application function, which is focusing on application functionality and customers,
which is responsible for supporting privileged account information through CyberArk.
Role
:
Support security applications for identity, authorization, and policy management in a multi-
tiered infrastructure
Look for complementary functionalities or services that can also help the customer
and collaborate with our engineering team for tooling enhancements
Perform daily application operations in an agile team
Implements, documents and maintains security procedures, and supports security impact of
implementing new technologies, articulating issues to management
Performs security reporting, and addresses escalated or high-risk security issues
Ensuring compliance needs are met
All About You
Intermediate
Expertise with CyberArk digital vaults along with administrative tasks
Client(Privileged Account Security)
Intermediate IT Security experience
Intermediate Customer Experience
Knowledge of Python/Jenkins pipeline/Devcloud and Splunk desired
Advanced Agile practioner desired
At a high level:
-Is working on the privileged access platform
-doing vaulting and securing work
-no development
-working on high level solutions
