Technical Requirements
· Experience with Wireless Access Point technologies (Meraki, WIPS, RF spectrum, Air Marshal, SSID)
· Being able to troubleshoot network/Wi-Fi issues
· Basic Knowledge of Network (Switches, Routers, Firewalls, DHCP) Configuration
· Knowledge of NAS functionality and configuration
· Understanding of networks (subnets, TCP/UDP ports, VLAN, 802.3af PoE,)
· Mid-level network and storage experience with a general understanding of Windows.
· Create and add content to a knowledgebase by documenting issues and the causes and fixes for those issues
· Experience with ServiceNow functionalities
· Respond to HelpDesk ticket requests requiring technical support on issues such as network connectivity and related local area network issues
· Service desk experience is required as they will be answering calls from Dealers and will need formulate tickets, read process flows, and build runbooks.
· Ability to translate issues from dealers, correlate the issue with one (or more) of our technologies, and run from a script on how to help the dealerships.
· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills required.
· Excellent oral communications skills.
