As an Test Engineer, this team member will be working as an onsite lead for multiple QA projects (manual + automation) on for Web projects and will also be responsible for various automation projects including but not limited to performance testing, automating API testing, automating UI testing, developing various tools and frameworks. They must have the skills needed to understand the business process flow, and model the functional, performance/load test scenarios, development of test scripts using Python (Mandatory), Selenium.
Desired Skills and Experience - Should have experience in Manual Testing / Regression Testing of Web based projects. - Should have performed the role of an onsite lead, managing offshore team members, and responsible for onsite-offshore co-ordination. - Hands-on experience of developing scripts, designing test scenarios, test cases, test execution, monitoring, analyzing results and reporting results. - Strong knowledge of QA methodology and tools, with demonstrated QA experience in a SDET or QA Engineer role.
At least 10+ years of experience developing test automation or combination of development and test automation - Strong experience in Python (UI Automation, API Automation, Framework Development), API testing, SQL DB testing, Selenium - Experience on Unit Testing, Integration Testing & Performance Testing -Good understanding of object-oriented concepts -Strong experience on Automation frameworks design and development from scratch - Ability to do effective communications with all stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Experience in Agile development methodology and good experience of working in a Scrum environment. - Ability to lead QA projects from conception to implementation.
