Senior QA Analyst with Python & Selenium (12+ years exp) in Phoenix, AZ

Desired Skills and Experience - Should have experience in Manual Testing / Regression Testing of Web based projects. - Should have performed the role of an onsite lead, managing offshore team members, and responsible for onsite-offshore co-ordination. - Hands-on experience of developing scripts, designing test scenarios, test cases, test execution, monitoring, analyzing results and reporting results. - Strong knowledge of QA methodology and tools, with demonstrated QA experience in a SDET or QA Engineer role.

At least 10+ years of experience developing test automation or combination of development and test automation - Strong experience in Python (UI Automation, API Automation, Framework Development), API testing, SQL DB testing, Selenium - Experience on Unit Testing, Integration Testing & Performance Testing -Good understanding of object-oriented concepts -Strong experience on Automation frameworks design and development from scratch - Ability to do effective communications with all stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Experience in Agile development methodology and good experience of working in a Scrum environment. - Ability to lead QA projects from conception to implementation.
